In a “Fashion Democracy” we can marvel at million dollar necklaces and earrings that cost more than our cars, then buy ourselves any number of imitations, depending on what we can afford. We pulled together some very current high-end jewelry looks and put them beside a range of lookalikes that are affordable costume jewelry. In other words, enjoy this but buy that.
The gown, the color, and the jewels made Kyra Sedgwick look like a winner. The dress was Pucci, but no confirmation on the jewels. Fortunately, we found similar ones.

2.Tina Fey is wearing Lorraine Schwartz. The Blue CZ Drops at Jewel Basket, are slightly tamer and so is the price at $56. The Charles Krypell Blue Topez Drops (3), from Bluefly are pretty close, they’re $642. We couldn’t confirm an exact price on the ones Ms. Fey wore but our guess is several thousand.
Anyone addicted to The Good Wife knows Christine Baranski steals the Fashion thunder every single episode. It’s worth tuning in just to see what she’s wearing.
Helen Mirren wore a Cartier necklace reportedly worth 1.6 million dollars to the Golden Globes. That’s a lot of cabbage for carats no matter how you slice it. There was likely a bevy of security guards sweating in her shadows.
