To create some renewed personal momentum for Spring 2011, I decided to start with one style tweak (hair), a physical & mental challenge (Bikram), a healthy diet adjustment, and a BIG self-esteem boost. What’s on your agenda?
1. Short hair, new color AND round 2 of the color story that will eventually result in going gray. No firm commitment on going gray. If I don’t like it, I don’t have to keep it.
2. Bikram Yoga, 48 classes in 60 days. My favorite parts are the first and last breathing exercises. Everything in between is sweat, humility, and determination. So far, skin looks better and jeans are looser. Expecting mental changes
3. Less wine. Sigh…
4. Stop taking ‘no’ for an answer, or at least, stop taking ‘no’ personally.
5. Stick with all of the above for 60 days. Then re-evaluate.
